"Competent" customer service! If you cannot provide a “customer” with appropriate information, it would be appropriate to inform the “customer” of this and not to press the red button during the conversation.
Never again in the mail nobody knows who knows what 4 months I'm waiting for my money it's hard to get any worse !!! Post will give my package worth 108 euros to customers for free and will not pay my loss back for 4 months !!! One star is still too much MINUS 5 stars would be optimal !!!!
Unfortunately, some employees in the post office and BAWAG are so outrageous. Today, a colleague has cut down an elderly gentleman just because he did not write the postal code on the envelope because he did not know it! I find it an absolute impudence to treat older people like this!
And I would like to start from the "nice" BAWAG employee ... Unfortunately, the ATM was broken and has for this reason withdrawn my card. 20 minutes before closing time, the nice man was not very interested in it and I had to wait two weeks for my card, although he was very well authorized to give it back to me !!
Incredibly outrageous! I am someone who does handicrafts and sends them by mail. For my first article I paid 2.70 €, for my second as well 2.70 € - all the same items. With my third I suddenly paid 4 € and today the highlight with 4.20 € for the SAME article, all packed the same, all were shipped within Austria! That's rip-off!
The wait !!!!! DESERVE 4 CASES !!!!! in the Leibnitzer Post is a joke, the staff talk about private while the customer is allowed to wait. And when you finally get served - it happens in slow motion. I just go to this store if it really is not otherwise, the package prices are also a joke by the way.
