Unfriendly, incompetent! The worst branch ever. I'll never set foot in there again
After the swirl around the data scandal at the post office, there is again excitement. Because for cash transfers to a post-foreign account, are recently charged at the counter 9.90 €. Although it is common for financial institutions to charge high fees, but at just under ten euros per certificate, customers are speechless. Previously were already 7.90 euros to shell out.
New post office, however, the SB return machines are completely misdated for the number of package returns. It did not happen to me once that when you opened the drawer no package fit in and you even had the possibility to remove a foreign package!
Numbering system also for nothing if the employees do not stick to it and everyone has to do as normal in the past.
