Total unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin mit kurzen, dunklen Haaren und Brille. Ich wollte sie etwas fragen, während ich meine Sendung abgeholt hatte und sie fiel mir 3 mal ins Wort, ließ mich nicht mal ausreden und war so laut, dass die Kunden am Schalter nebenan noch alles mithören konnten. Einfach unfreundlich und unprofessionell und das nicht zum ersten Mal !

Was picking up my package yesterday afternoon. There was nothing going on and the two ladies behind the counter were unfriendly and apparently felt disturbed by me as a customer. It is not the first time that I have noticed the unfriendliness in this branch. Also work directly with customers and this behavior is really inappropriate!
