During my pregnancy, I had some complaints. At first I was sick, then the cross hurt and the whole back was tense. Then I got recommended by a friend Mrs. Gölz-Dürnberger. She has shown me some exercises for my spine and the pelvic floor and I got the complaints back under control. In front of the practice there is a large parking lot - great!

With a headache and tingling in my fingers I went and with good tips how I should design my PC workstation and exercise exercises that should help me to prevent tension I went back home. Top advice and the complaints are gone too - for Gölz gets five stars from me!
