I need a notification that the bank MUST issue me, as has already been issued by the other bank, of which I am also a customer and that went smoothly. At Bawag, the employees are unable to issue me the document, they have sent it to the headquarters in Vienna and promised me that I will receive it electronically on the same day or at the latest the next day. It's been about 3 weeks now, and 4-5 calls have passed since then, I neither have the answer nor do I get an answer. I am promised callbacks from the responsible branch that have never taken place to this day. Since yesterday, I can no longer reach anyone on the hotline. I am asked to stay on the line and after a few seconds the service line will hang up. A terrible service that brought nothing but anger !!!!! What a disappointment !!

Quick locking of the credit card is not possible! Mediation rude and puts you on hold, from which one is thrown out after some time. Abandoned after hours of trying. 🙁
