I can only say thank you for the nice, polite, very helpful and excellent service.
Service unfortunately a disaster, one waits in vain for an agreed callback.
Negotiated conditions are not kept, as a customer you feel like a pushy supplicant.
Because of every concern you have to run after forever, unfortunately very disappointed with the development of the Sparda.
To be fair, it has to be said that the conditions are good.
The Sparda was once good, now it's a disaster. You don't catch anyone on the phone, the call center (located somewhere) tries hard to connect, but it doesn't get through either. Promised callbacks do not come. For the rescheduling of a loan, my new bank tried for months (!) To get a confirmation of the remaining balance. The Sparda ignores everything.
I will change banks.
Several appointments are only canceled hours before the appointment with flimsy excuses, and promised callbacks are not made. I therefore cannot recommend this bank.
The service provided by this bank is absolutely useless. I quit!
