Great store, a program that helps. A trainer who takes care of your goals! Would be happy to recommend it.
Wow. Very friendly and motivated trainer (and ex-professional boxer?) Who knows how to use the 15min training intensively. Compared to other studios, there is a modern equipment that allows more movement and this is also used: Mountain Climbers, Burpees, push ups, ... The trainer pays attention to the correct execution and immediately switches to lighter exercises as soon as the forces finally on End are. Great training and clear recommendation!

The store is newly opened and really well done. The Premium Coach is a madness - with him the M.A.N.D.U. training is just fun.
