I went there today for a confirmation and asked how long the waiting time is since I only had to ask the doctor something. Was immediately pointed out by the assistant M. unfriendly that I had to take time for the doctor and not vice versa. After a waiting time of almost 25 minutes, the second assistant came who said at the beginning that she had already asked the doctor and I should go in and said that I had only asked and I did not get the confirmation.
