The service is pretty well organized but the overall experience was ok.

We read the review 4 days before the appointment. Long thought maybe to cancel, because we are going there for over an hour and it is also about our 7 year old daughter. We then drove with the attitude that we would drive again after the first meeting and without testing. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly. The doctor was very fond of children and nice and the lady who tested was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised and would go there again.

I had one of my worst medical experiences there to date. The lady at the reception was nice, but the doctor assigned to me was more than rude. She never let me finish or explain why I am there. I was constantly interrupted and if I didn't give the exact answer the doctor wanted to hear, I was hit hard. After I left the practice, I was really exhausted because I found this interaction and the lack of communication so terrible. The findings that I later received in the mail were also completely wrong, because the doctor apparently noted down symptoms and medications that I never mentioned. Despite being asked to monitor my symptoms and then come back in a year (which is unnecessary advice, because if the doctor had let me finish, I could have explained to her immediately what was wrong), I will never go back to this allergy center go. I want my doctors to listen to me and take seriously what I want to tell them. Otherwise, in my opinion, you cannot find a good solution.
