Lots of great women who train and motivate themselves together. The online training is also fun and I've already lost 6 kg thanks to the targeted, individual training and professional support. I can only recommend it to all women, whether young or not so young.

I am very grateful for the trainers here. I feel well looked after and notice that the targeted movement is really good for me. I am very happy that the new location is even closer to my address. Right now, in these difficult times, it applies to all of us: persevere!

The training is extremely varied and the trainers are great at responding to requests. The group trainings are extremely motivating and sweaty. Whether outdoors, in the club (unfortunately not possible at the moment due to Corona) or at home with live online training, it's always great fun. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself.

Sport has never been so much fun and gave me such a good body feeling. Renate and her team always take great care of me and the many great women who train there.
