Beweglicher -Feldenkrais & Yoga

After only a few Feldenkrais lessons with Elisabeth, I noticed an improvement in my mobility, and many of my tensions have been resolved by the small, purposeful and careful lessons. Also, I now perceive my breathing conscious and in the hours I can also switch off very well and relax.

For me, the best way to get rid of tension. Simply great.
