I arrived in Vienna from London on a Friday morning and was in the city for only 24 hours. But I was overjoyed to find this yoga studio and take the 5pm hot 90, which I normally practise in London. The instructor Eva was so welcoming at reception and led a wonderful class - so encouraging, motivating and good-humoured! The studio itself is clean and peaceful and the yogis are friendly. It was exactly what I needed after a long journey and day at work. And this sign at the entrance lifted my spirits!
I really feel good there. I tried vinyasa today with Sabine who was amazing.
Hands down. Best teacher in Vienna is Kathi. She is so nice, but she can kick ass too, without you even noticing it. I love her. Showers are clean -- a must for me personally. Overall its super clean and the staff is nice. They have a fridge, where you can get coconut or water.
The area outside is not very nice, but once you get in to the yoga place you forget that. Excellent teacher and good space. Its quite cheap. 10 Euros for 10 days or 30 Euroes for 30 days if you are new.
Great studio! Good atmosphere, great teachers! Beautiful view! So quiet, clean an friendly!
