For many years I have been regularly active in this yoga studio on site or online. Great and very personable teachers, varied hours, a cozy atmosphere ... all of this can be found naturally with Anja and her team!
I am very grateful to be able to practice yoga with Practice Yoga. Inspirational thoughts (at the beginning of the yoga class), good quality (a lot of emphasis is placed on the correct orientation), flexibility (schedule), openness (offering online yoga) and the feel-good spirit characterize practice yoga for me.
Nice yoga studio with very personable teachers and a pleasant atmosphere. Anyone interested in yoga should definitely take a look here!
I have been with practice yoga for 8 years and I am always looking forward to the new, how professional, sensitive and varied the lessons are.
