Compared to some other fitness studios, it is pleasantly quiet, which I personally like very much, the trainers and therapists are always friendly and helpful. A very competent team. Simply great. I can and will definitely recommend it. 😁👍

I have been training regularly in Zams for 4 years. Particularly noteworthy are the coaches and therapists, always friendly, competent and in a good mood. The flexible opening hours and the course offer is great. I feel very comfortable in the studio. A yoga class would be great. Greetings Verena

Thanks to the entire Gesundheit Plus Zams team for the professional support. The trainers are always nice and friendly. Despite the sweaty units, there is always a pleasant atmosphere. I can only highly recommend Gesundheit Plus.
