The shala to go to when in Innsbruck teaching varied styles from classic to Vinyasa. Classes in English by Kira. Very large upstairs loft studio with a great atmosphere. Very reasonable prices and multi-class card deals and membership if required, also deals for students and out of work. Can't beat it.

Very wide range from Yin to Jivamukti, Vinyasa and Aerial! Ideal to get a taste of things, have attended a lot of courses in recent years and the yoga teachers were very competent and gave wonderful hours! Even now in the lockdown time, the Shala offers uncomplicated courses on Instagram that you can easily do from home! The yoga teachers Liz and Kira are highly recommended! The yoga studio may be a little hard to find the first time.
