Horrible service due to below reasons :
1. The packet is never delivered to the address.
2. The delivery employee does not ring the bell. He just post the yellow slip and leaves.
3. The customer care do not have any information at any point of time. They will say they will call back but they never do.
4. The customer care is not English friendly.

The same horrible service for multiple deliveries.
Delivery was attempted but they didn't ring the bell.
Due to server problem, wrong address is considered by post.at
I have also tried to reach the customer service many times and its not helpful. They say they will call me back but they never did.
Unfortunately not very friendly and the lady at the checkout doesn't make the most competent impression. The pinnacle is very clean.
The rudest staff I have ever seen. The lady who was on duty today completely ignored me because I didn't have a mask. The tape just broke and that's why I tied my vest around my face. That's why I was not served and just ignored even though it was really urgent to send the package. Completely incompetent behavior
Second Saturday in a row. Once at 7:30 am the parcel could not be delivered. The surveillance camera showed that the deliverer was not even on the premises.
Today at 9:31 am the same message although all companies on the site have been there since 7:30 am and no one has seen a Postbus. Message: Customer not present.
Conclusion: Do not wait for parcels that should be delivered by post, they simply write from somewhere on the way that the recipient is not there and done.
Neither paint a message in the mailbox !!!!
Any other delivery service is 10,000 times better.
