Unjustified infringement action was brought. It was only paid by us (€ 240, -!), Because we had to deal with a death in the immediate family and we understandably had no time and desire for an argument at the district court in this exceptional situation. The documented photos caused even the informed police officers shaking their heads regarding the accusation. It has been proven a discharge (10 min.!) Performed. Never, ever, was anyone hampered or disturbed. If necessary, could have been driven away at any time with the vehicle. It was obviously a pure malicious act by the scoreboard. After contacting the law firm to clear up any misunderstandings, the secretary looked very rude and annoyed. Also RA was never called back ... Not only my family and I find the approach of this law firm very unprofessional.
