I had a chance to do Crossfit at Brizzly and I´m very satisfied. Chris is a prepared, experienced trainer with great ideas. The box has brand new equipment and the community is awesome.
Very motivated trainers, everything is explained very precisely and great importance is attached to correct execution.
For me to increase mobility and to get fit perfect.
