As a long-term customer of the Sparkasse ... the bank employees ... friendly ... nice ... helpful ... so the customer service fits ... but the five stars.

Customer service is zero because it is unreliable and the phone is also free because no one answers the question why you cannot reach them by phone and you get the answer that there are other customers and other things to be done. Conclusion in terms of customer service very very bad
