Weak, represented me because of a motorcycle accident. Informed 1 week before the hearing that he will send a trainee lawyer. They did almost nothing during the negotiation and wanted to compare too cheaply. I wouldn't recommend it.

We can Mr. RA Dr. Highly recommend Franz Hofer. We went to see him about an apartment sale. A very uncomfortable situation for us personally. He supported us and the problem was solved in our favor without legal action. He is very friendly, down to earth, competent, listens carefully, also asks questions and speaks plain text. Communication is straightforward, whether by email or by phone. He does not promise the stars from the sky, but enlightens his clients in the best possible way. For us, Mr. RA Dr. Franz Hofer on the exceptions, the friendly and unaffected, arrogant lawyers. The Manadant comes first and this is very helpful in times of mental stress. Should we ever need legal assistance again, we will of course Mr RA Dr. Contact Franz Hofer! Best wishes for the future Brigitte and Werner Breitfuß, BEd.
