My husband came in to ask for coffee to go. Nobody was inside, he went out and in again, the waiter was sitting outside with other people. My husband asked if anyone was working, he got up and went in. And then he said 'no coffee to go', turned aprund and went back outside to sit down with his friends. No attention to customer and no effort to be nice. He seemed bothered to get up and work.
