You don't have to blame the bank because of the waiting time, as it is CUSTOMERS who keep having problems and always take longer to solve the problem. This also shows that the employees try hard to address the problems of the customers and also try to find a solution. We are at the time when you can do "almost" everything online and I'm sure that everyone can do it :) You don't have to go to the bank for little things. I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. At my old bank, I didn't even have a direct advisor, just a customer center. Even when I was in the branch, they were very bored and unmotivated. It is not the case here. My advisor is always there for me, she can also solve my problems over the phone. If I can't reach her, which is also very human, she calls me back as soon as she is free again. So I would recommend this bank or branch.

Much too long waiting time, understaffed workforce, at the check-in there was only an apprentice who couldn't do anything or had no access to programs, the branch could not be reached by phone despite multiple attempts and that for several days! Conclusion for the branch, not recommended! The management should give serious thought to whether conditions should be acceptable for the image!

Apparently don't have time for personal appointments. Not recommended as a house bank.

They lack quality of service; waiting times are extremely long, orders are extremely arrogant, with no respect for customers. The time has come for me to change banks. sure that now even to change banks I will have to pay a good exit. :(

Long waiting times, no system, misery in the queue. Only 4 employees at the counters. Not recommended
