Barbara - how do I say it all, what I think and what I feel? Since I do (with you) yoga, I am a different person - feel healthier, more mobile and in general ... :-). You are someone special and do the people well :-)

The gong / sound baths and the guided yoga sessions are lonely top !! Especially the mindfulness during the yoga sessions, the manageable group and the pleasant group climate make the time for a short wellness vacation. In the Klangreisen you have the opportunity to be carried away to master the stressful everyday life with more energy and strength. We recommend!!!!

Yin yoga is just super relaxing! One learns to be mindful and to be only with oneself. It is very relaxing! In Hatha Yoga, too, one learns to look attentively to one's own health combined with sport. Enfach just great!
