Unfortunately it was very rude and treated from the top down. The bad-humored young employee snatched my package from me and then did not say goodbye but simply let me stand. Good service looks different! ;)

The strong brunette young employee is so unbelievable. that annoyed me a lot. Now I wanted to spend my freezing with you to reassure me One praises as Künde bissel with respect and bissel Nice to be treated a few days ago I wanted to pick up a letter, I went to the post office. She was free and greeted her and gave her the yellow paper She asked me for my statement, showed her student ID plus confirmation from the police that my passport was stolen. So she thinks I am this person. she checked this with cold nerves for 2 minutes and then said I'm sorry i dont want to give the Berief Viellecht this person is not you. I said why do I have to do something that said there is a reason for everything ...... so after 10 minutes of discussion, while I ask her that I am actual of this person, she has decided that I can get somebody out of the street to pick up my letter for me and only then can she give me the letter. That did not ruin me yet what totally hardened me that actually somebody I never knew from the street picked up my letter for me. I still can not get that nonsense. How can another person pick up a letter that does not belong, so I do not understand ........ In any case, that was such irreverent insolence Such employees have a very negative influence on the entire branches and those who work without a passion in a job waste their time and those who are not interested in just getting money WHAT A SHAME !!!

I had to pick up a package once in this branch. But in the end, the always-open pickup station surprised me positively and the staff also helped me a lot to pick up the package.
