Unfortunately, service is not the focus of the bank's employees. We did not receive good support from the bank when dealing with an issue that was important to us. Despite years of customer relationships, you are treated from above. This is how banking may have worked in the last century, but not anymore. The use of today's communication media for business transactions is unfortunately also rejected - here the motto in 2019 is in writing or in person.
Anyone who wants a real partner to sit at the table should avoid the Schoellerbank in Insbruck.
