Not my house bank and after this experience it never will be:
We had to change the authorized signatories of our school's parent club. Our mistake was surely that we had not made an appointment for it, which was not necessary the last time.
The fact that we were treated repeatedly and disparagingly like a little school boy in the episode by the clerk was really superfluous. The good gentleman had pointed out that this was not the case anyway.
At least we were then given spontaneous help by another employee of the branch and without an appointment. Therefore at least 2 stars.
sheer incompetence. nobody can help, those who could help are apparently never in the house. always just anger and frustration. absolutely not recommended
In between stressed atmosphere, but the staff always tries to be friendly.
