Great capoeira teacher

As a Capoeira beginner, I have to say I was quite happy with the course. A great trainer who really tries to teach you. Thumbs up for sure!

I've been doing Capoeira twice a week with him for about 3 months and I have to say I'm really satisfied (even if the sore muscles weren't without it after the first units. But that's part of it). You notice progress relatively quickly and Rene really takes enough time to ensure that every step is correct. The fun is not neglected either, which makes it a perfect combination of training and social activities for me. In short: I'm looking forward to the next training session

Sensational! Did not know that training can be so varied! René always thinks of something new whether on the rings, on the ground or even on the slackline. And the technique is filmed until it fits - he has always one hundred and one explanation ready, until you have the right picture in your head to implement it! I can really recommend the training!
