Prana. The yoga studio

The Prana Yoga studio has everything you would expect: very nice yoga teachers, varied classes, beautiful large rooms that fill up with a pleasant, calm and relaxed atmosphere during the course and, last but not least, the good location not to forget :)

My home studio for years, well-trained and friendly teachers in a top location. Nice, clean rooms & lots of rest!

At the prana yoga studio everything is actually perfect: 1. Accessibility: You take the U3 to the Zieglergasse station, go up the stairs at the Andreasgasse exit and you're there. 2. Rooms: the 4 studios are located in a beautiful old building directly on Mariahilferstrasse. The house was newly renovated this summer 2018 and is really nice. 3. The yoga teachers are all very personable and competent. They offer different styles of yoga. There is definitely something for everyone. 4. The best thing about Prana is summer yoga: from the beginning of July to the end of September there is summer yoga. From Monday to Thursday there are 4 open courses daily (5:30 pm, 6:00 pm, 7:15 pm, 7:45 pm, which you can simply attend without prior registration. You can pay for the hours individually or take a block of 5 or 10). Summer yoga offers the opportunity to get to know the various yoga teachers so that you can book the right yoga course in autumn. Just come by and try it out :-)

Pleasant studio with great teachers. I can only recommend it, for beginners and advanced well suited.
