Wonderful training with a great, very sympathetic leader! At that time I used a membership for one season, and learned a lot and took with me what I could then continue at home. My intervertebral discs have stabilized and my back pain has been gone since I applied the learned!

In the very tastefully developed attic with continuous window surfaces, a training focused on flexibility and posture is offered under expert guidance. It's a mix of pilates, yoga, back training, and relaxation. Michaela as a coach exudes a lot of positive energy - you leave the hour in every way "erect"!
