Was assigned to me as a public defender in February 2020 and a Mr. Fuchs supervised my case. He always just said that he saw no reason for further custody and made an application for release - which was not granted. At the main hearing he only came to the hearing via webcam (1st Corona Lockdown 03/20) ... although lawyers could very well be able to see their clients, he didn't find it necessary to speak to me again briefly. He just said before that he didn't see any reason for detention and he also told my mother that I would definitely be released at the trial. Of course nothing came of it either ... now I'm at home but not because of defense and the case is still ongoing. 14 days ago I received RSA from the judge and this office still has my defense or support in this case and when I wanted to ask the judge about this subpoena I was told Mag.Fuchs is no longer working in this office and I should Fax this summons to the law firm, although as public defender you should have received it. When I then had the summons faxed to the law firm, I called the following day and I was kindly informed that the presence of a defense attorney was not necessary, but that I can get the problem resolved if I kindly ask the judge for my request. Nobody from this office was interested in what came out of the appointment. Thank you very much !! So I would NOT recommend this law firm to ANYONE, at least on criminal matters. I regret not listening to my mother and Dr. To have hired Mayer as legal representative .....
