Waited 40min for pizza made from frozen. When we politely asked if we can cancel as it's taking far too long, staff got rude, laughing in our face and speaking in German amongst each other even though it was obvious we don't understand the language. I barely complain about places but as someone who works in hospitality for the past decade I consider such a behavior unacceptable. Will never visit again and do not recommend.

The hut would have more potential; great location, but poor offer, if several times a week in the early afternoon the mulled wine, toast, punch, etc. go out. And this in the first week of the semester break ...

Finally a cool Apresski hut in Altaussee. Nicely decorated cabin with cool wooden furniture and small dishes. Unfortunately, but totally smoky. The ski wall stinks of smoke for days. Almost all huts in Tyrol are now smoke-free - why not in Altaussee?
