Unfriendly staff and were sent away despite the pain!
The staff is very rude and not professional; make rude phone calls and hang up. Long waiting times, but you will find time for drinking tea at work and personal chatter on the phone ... Here you not only lose your time, but also your health !!!
It was dealt with in a nutshell, I received my sick mother's values in the mail, and I only needed information for a short time .... was unfriendly cleared at half past ten that acceptance was already over ...
