Dandelion Yoga and Kerstin have kindled my passion for yoga. I was looking for yoga that is more than "moving fast one hour healthy". At Dandelion Yoga, the class is super-harmonious. The balance between relaxation and relaxation are optimal and can be chosen individually - I think that's great! After the lesson, I always take home the loving and positive mood.

For me, Dandelion Yoga is the best yoga in Graz. Every hour has a special theme and is perfectly planned - that's great! Not every studio has such 'round' units. Kerstin leads quietly and is well versed in the class and is also available for questions before or after. Also the Yin-Yoga unit is awesome. I find it particularly great that both experienced yogis and beginners can join the sessions. Also, I find the room very pleasant!

Kerstin leads pleasantly and safely through a lovingly designed hour, whose theme meets exactly what this day needs. Just do it well!

Three years ago I had the first opportunity to get to know "Dandelion Yoga" and I am still thrilled. She always creates a pleasant atmosphere, is very cordial and her pleasant voice follows you. Great Hatha Yoga, for me personally always a challenge to turn off my mind and immerse myself in the tension and to consciously feel, to be mindful. The asanas, pranayamas, and the kerstin are prepared to give rise to this ease and revive each time anew. (Sometimes pretty good sore muscles, did not know that I have muscles there ..) What I feel is very important is to try to develop, to be open to new things and to learn. You can take from each unit a lot of new and valuable, There is always einenn another focus and interesting information that you can apply in the "daily carousel". I can perceive every time that she is passionate about it, and constantly evolves and likes to share. I am grateful every time strengthened and relaxed from the unit "to float out", I am looking forward to the next trip. Top...! Namaste :)
