Before that, there was often a rude lady at the counter, but lately all the staff are very friendly and the service has definitely improved. However, you have to queue for a long time because of Corona.
The much criticized lady doesn't seem to work there anymore. Have now visited the branch several times and was always looked after in a very friendly and competent manner.

At around 9 a.m. today, an unusually friendly employee was at the counter. It was a pleasure.
The branch is in a single state, a single woman who works incredibly slowly (presumably impossible to terminate under old employment contracts). If there is only a slightly more difficult case to process, a queue is formed immediately.
In addition, there was no wrapping paper and post-own foldable boxes in the required size (s), which is a pretty poor sign of poverty, considering that such utensils and the sending of packages are the only real order and reason for existence of such a branch.
