I am a customer for 30 years. On Saturday I was shopping for furniture for their first apartment with my son and his girlfriend. Wanted to be involved with a certain amount when shopping. Although there is enough funds in the account, I could not pay by card. Today I was in Schwechat to clarify the lady there it was no matter how long you've been a customer and didn't seem to be interested in my concerns. So I went back home without having clarified it. Now I'm looking for another institute where the customer is is still a customer. Unfortunately, there are no minus stars.
Despite several attempts / phone calls, I was unable to get an appointment with a customer service representative.
Also keep waiting for a callback.
For me this is not a service.
I'm close to changing my bank details.
I don't even wish Bank Austria to my enemy. I've been a customer for years, but in times of crisis like this, the banks show their real interests
This credit institution was once so good; at present there is nothing left of this shine. You get the impression that you are better off in a cowshed. Fortunately, there are other institutes where the customer is still king.
