Have converted my youth account without my knowledge into a paid account. The reason for not informing me was that I should have seen it on my bank statement. They have even charged me so much that the account has a minus contribution (previously credit approximately 27 euros) and I could pay for the resolution still something !!!!

Unfortunately, in this branch you forgot to greet !!! A pleasant atmosphere a few years ago, but now everything is different !! Too bad 👎👎
