Even if you have to wait in times like these, I would rather wait with 2 people in one room than with 10. This criticism is totally incomprehensible. What to say about medical and human treatment: "Once Dr. Moussa - always Dr. Moussa"

It's a joke they don't even tell you that you need an appointment by phone. There are 2 people sitting in the waiting room. I was there from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. They are open and say you need an appointment if only two people are sitting there. The staff at the reception is totally arrogant and unfriendly and snooty. I do not recommend anyone to go there. I am totally disappointed, just terrible how condescending you are received by the staff. Was with another doctor who had five times as many patients and there you still got it and you didn't even have to wait long and the people at reception were very nice and understanding. The ladies at the reception at Dr. Moussa can be really ashamed. I've rarely seen such an outrageously unfriendly staff !!!!!!!!!!

Very nice practice! Very nice, personable, competent and empathetic doctor who goes to great lengths to look after his patients! I was there on the emergency service and would like to switch to him! I learned a lot in just a few minutes! THANK YOU
