Great doctor who knows what his job is

Dr. Hafner has changed opening hours? One learns that, after 1h at Dr.? (Yes, who is that now in the ordination?) Had to do (patients stand up to the stairs!) ... then patients just go past the long line of people, push themselves cheeky ... no one dares to say something ... the Ladies at the reception usually disappear into a treatment room ... it's no good either if Dr. Hafner is a cool doctor. Enlightenment would be desirable, information and a few niceties would have been nice ... maybe even correct opening hours on the Internet ... I'm looking for any other ordination!
