Dr. Karin Rainer, appointment 8 am - 10 am

I - Salzburg with a holiday home in St. Anna - was immediately admitted to the practice as an emergency patient despite a busy schedule. Miss Dr. Rainer is a wonderful doctor: friendly, accommodating, cheerful and highly competent at the same time. I have rarely met a doctor where - as strange as it sounds - you feel as comfortable as a patient. THANK YOU!

Since I get the same symptoms from time to time and my family doctor suggested that I see an ENT doctor, I did so when the symptoms recurred. I was there shortly before 8 a.m. and noticed that the ordination assistant (unfortunately I do not know the name, lighter rather blond straight hair) was already visibly annoyed by the lady in front of me because this severe pain had no appointment. Now it was my turn, also without an appointment, and the assistant was again a bit unfriendly than with the lady before and thought I should have consulted the family doctor first, and only then had I come to the ENT doctor. I explained my situation to her that I have often been to my family doctor, the symptoms only disappear for a short time but then reappear and I see an ENT doctor where the symptoms appear again. Unfortunately, she was already so quick that she apparently no longer listened to me and became more and more improper - I have never experienced such behavior - and in fact then was the second ordained assistant (unfortunately I do not know the name, darker hair a little there either) younger) visibly uncomfortable because of your colleague's behavior towards me, I was treated as if I was the last one and only because I had no appointment! I didn't go into that anymore, that was too insolent for me. Such behavior towards the patient is absolutely unacceptable, because even if there is a lot going on and there is no appointment, you are still a person and not a number. Now to the positive, the doctor was very friendly, listened to me, and really took his time for a long time, he also made a plausible guess as to what could be the reason why the same complaints always appear in a further examination of the Reason is gone. The doctor was also recommended to me by my husband, who was also very helpful. I would also like to add that all other women from the ordination - there were 2 other assistants afterwards - were extremely friendly and courteous and that the ordination is very large and modern. Unfortunately, the one-star deduction is only due to the behavior of a person, otherwise I can only highly recommend the ordination.
