First of all, the office is not always manned and therefore it is difficult to cancel appointments, as a self-employed person I sometimes had to cancel appointments, my customers demand flexibility from me, this was done one day in advance, but the billing of the canceled appointments took place anyway, you were completely inflexible in this regard and not willing to compromise. . Unfortunately, the result of the many units was not satisfactory, I had to find other directions and have been in constant treatment since February.
