Unfortunately, I can only agree with Mr Manuel Strasser's experience. Miss Dr. Hörtenhuber was extremely rude, incompetent and annoyed. Impossible - never again !!

On Saturday, 12.01.2019, together with my girlfriend, I was with Fr. Hörtenhuber, since she had emergency service. She had almost 40 ° fever and could hardly walk alone let alone speak. - That's why I accompanied her to the treatment room. - The doctor did not like that before! First of all: I have never seen a doctor who deals so roughly, brutally, unfriendly and unprofessionally with sick patients! In the beginning, a throat smear was made through the nose. - Neither Mrs. Hörtenhuber nor her assistant knew how it works. So first the instructions had to be studied. That took about 15-20 minutes. When it was reasonably clear how the smear was made, the doctor took my friend's head in one hand and the cotton swab in the other hand and pushed it with full force 2-3 times through both nostrils into the throat until the tears just so down shot. (One must not forget that she had 40 ° fever and such a swab is painful and unpleasant even in healthy condition.) Normally, one makes such a smear with feeling in order to cause the patient as little pain as possible. However, Ms Hörtenhuber was only concerned with one thing: getting her patients back to work as soon as possible. No matter how! (Ground clearance) It has been noted every second how extremely reluctant she is in her practice and how brutally annoyed she is by it! Of course, this test did not yield a result, because it was done wrong! Then we could then get the doctor to give my friend an infusion to alleviate the symptoms temporarily. (If she had not done that by herself) - The needle was stung incorrectly and the painkiller partially flowed into the tissue and not into the vein. (strong swelling) Ms. Hörtenhuber had to be alerted by us! Her diagnosis: she does not know if it's a flu. Maybe it is not. It can also be normal circulation problems. She should drink a lot and move a lot! There are no medications! (at 40 ° fever? Probably not!) Conclusion: The doctor's visit was 98% free! We did not receive a clear diagnosis and did not learn anything about the nature of the disease because of incorrect tests. She was rather more pain prepared than alleviated and were additionally treated unprofessional, rude, rude and incompetent. We will certainly not visit this practice even in an emergency! The only positive thing we could take from this visit was that the infusion worked for a while. (That's why the one doctor's suitcase) PS: In retrospect, we have noticed that Dr. med. Hörtenhuber did not even measure the fever. Further proof of how important your patients are to them.

Did not recognize a family member's herniated disc, even though there was no feeling in the legs, and an emergency operation had to be performed in the CDK. According to Mrs. Hörtenhuber, there can be nothing with the intervertebral discs, she knows her way around (Haha). We went to the CDK after a week and they operated on. Everything went well, no more complaints. Ms. Hörtenhuber never again, snooty and not competent.
