met Sandra 2 years ago and basically not gone anywhere else since. genuine love & care for every student; her excellent knowledge of how to practice Yoga in a healthy way; great alignment cues; creativity; her authentic way of combining a no-bullshit-attitude with really caring about Yoga; I could go on and on about the reasons why Sandra is a fantastic teacher! classes are held in English if you ask!

Totally great yoga studio in the 2nd district. Everyone is welcome and the yoga classes are taught with a lot of humor and joy! The online classes are also highly recommended!
