movemus Pilates Studio

I have been doing Pilates for a few years (formerly in another studio), but I have never had such varied and high-quality lessons as with Sandra. Every hour is different and I really like to go there, although the training is of course very exhausting. But it has a very positive effect, I have had no back problems for a long time and the atmosphere in Sandra's studio is particularly nice!

Already had 3 units at Sandra and have now decided to come 2 times a week as it helps especially for my back problems. Every now and then it gets better and it becomes noticeable that my torso and back muscles are strengthened. I had already tested some studios in Vienna in advance - but I'm sure I'll stay here. We recommend!

After just a few hours you have a new body feeling. My back problems have completely disappeared. Pilates shapes the body. Thanks to the loving and competent care, I feel fit and well! Best Pilates in town !!
