A spacious gym spread across three floors with a lot to offer for everyone. However there is no air conditioning in the cardio room (and there are also no windows) which often means that it's quite stuffy and smelly in there. The staff are great, always happy to help!

I really love this fitness! Cool music, great settings & deco' ... Good choice of training equipment and friendly trainers. I train in the early morning, when it's almost empty. The price is most competitive!

This is by far the weirdest gym I've ever seen. The atmosphere is very odd, toooo hard on the movie theme. The gym is in an old movie theater, and they really beat that metaphorical horse to death. Not to mention the place is huge and a labyrinth! Unless someone tells you where to find certain things, you are unlikely to find them yourself. It has numerous floors, countless side rooms, and I'm not sure if it is handicap accessible. The lighting is dark and creepy and weird in several places. Also, some of the rooms smelled oddly perfumed? It's just... super confusing. That being said, when we finally did find the various things we needed, it seemed generally well stocked. Not the worst for when you need a gym but... Damn what a weird atmosphere...

Membership is inexpensive and machines are in good shape. The gimmick is music (mostly rap/r&b) playing in all rooms through decent speakers. Helping the atmosphere is the fact that the gym is inside an old movie theatre that went bankrupt years prior and they kept many elements of the iconic Elmokino. The main cardio room has a giant screen with a high definition projector playing mainly short sport films and YouTube videos of incredible extreme athletes. Sometimes a DJ plays but they usually play way too loud and they transition their music in a way that gets you out of your rhythm while on a treadmill. There is evening courses by the coaches/employees and you can book private sessions with your personal trainer, however I have never used these services so I cannot say much about it. The courses are in the weight area on the third floor. In the summer it gets very hot here and the air is hard to breath sometimes due to a lackluster AC system. The employees are very nice however, as is the community, which is - due to the location of the gym in the inner city - very international, so you'll probably feel just as home. If you can, try to come via public transport or bike. The parking in the city is limited and you have to pay for it on workdays during the day. Because of parking, the sometimes loud misplaced music choice of the DJs in the cardio room and missing air conditioning in the summer I give this gym 3/5 stars. I still recommend it however it is not perfect.
