The Meavita Studio in Vöcklabruck offers an infrared waist belt in lockdown for the home.
10 days ago Lorenz brought this belt for me and explained it to me and my husband.
We both took the 10 days as directed and used them well. 30 minutes of cross trainer every day with a heart rate of 140.
The result is excellent for both. For me it was 3 kg and a total of 8 cm in circumference with 4 measuring stations that I lost. For my husband it was 2.5 kg and 7 cm.
We can only warmly recommend this belt and will definitely bring it back home.
