Mr. Obermühlner represented the seller of the property, from which I received a property with umpteen defects. He raised hopes for my lawyer and me when he offered to work against the sub-suppliers. Although I'm not the client, I see myself as an indirect beneficiary of his work. In the meantime I am totally disappointed, because 5 years after the handover it turns out from my point of view that these hopes had not been fulfilled at all, a huge disappointment. I find some statements incorrect. E.g. the customer is to blame if he does not return the property (at an unknown price). That damages me and at the same time the image of the seller massively! Dozens of emails are not replied to, instead of engaging in constructive discussions. I'm sorry for the bad rating, but I've tried to explain why I'm so disappointed.
