I am so frustrated by how difficult this company makes it to cancel your subscription. I walked into the gym where I bought my membership but yet could not cancel it there in person. That was my second failed cancellation attempt; it is also not possible to cancel by sending them an email stating your request. Makes me think I will never get another gym membership again honestly. I don't recommend.
