My wife is an Oberbank customer and was on the Oberbank customer parking lot in Traun on 6 February 2021, 7:44 PM. As usual at this time of year, it was dark and cold, the Oberbank customer parking lot was not cordoned off with a barrier or a chain. My wife had a quick job in the area and was of the opinion that outside the bank's normal business hours, parking would be allowed because the parking lot was not locked. She did not notice a correspondingly large sign stating that, despite the open parking lot, parking is prohibited outside of bank operating hours as a penalty. The Keinzlei Mag.Fleischer apparently has too little work and has to improve her income by sending declarations of cease and desist and threatening property disturbance suits. In our place of residence there is also an Oberbank branch and it goes without saying that you can use the parking lot outside of the opening times without penalty. That's why 0 stars (you have to tick one, otherwise you can't post) both for the Fleischer law firm and for the Oberbank branch in Traun.

Expertise and great advice. Here you are legally very, very well advised! The previous recessions are completely incomprehensible. Typically for Austria, of course, parking the wrong way and then complaining that it is punished. Who is really bad here? Who is wrong?

On July 21, 2020, I received a lawsuit for property disruption from this gentleman with a payment period until July 24, 2020 of € 231.30. I will certainly never bother the Bürger King chain with my presence again, neither in the restaurant nor in the parking lot.

Walks on Sunday mornings next to the flea market in Ansfelden to distribute lawsuits against property disorder there and people who have nothing to cover with completely excessive claims anyway (law firm costs € 186 total € 230). Characteristic under every sow - I hope someday you will get the bill for it and can no longer look in the mirror.
