Great workout. Everyone will find the time for the 15 minutes of training. One is finished afterwards, but happy.

By chance, I came to EMS training and thought that's how I try it. Mandu had good reviews. At first, however, I was skeptical. At the latest one day after the first training any skepticism had disappeared. The training is fast and very effective. In addition, the team around Stefanie is totally likeable and there are always funny conversations. I recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I are on M.A.N.D.U. became aware of the offered trial training and have now had a subscription for a month. Only this month there are already visible successes. Stefanie is an excellent trainer. For comparison: I've been to McFit two to four times a week for a year now. The success of a year of McFit and a month of mandu is honestly exactly the same. So measured by success, mandu is even cheaper.

The basic concept of this "gym" is total nonsense, who wants a stronger and fitter body must go to a real gym and train hard, through a few pussy exercises and electric shocks you will change to zero. They only pull money out of their pockets, do not be fooled!
