Had to get money from my bank, when I was at the ATM I was very unfriendly from the employee of the box office hit that only 3 people were allowed to stay in the bank, but I didn't feel addressed as there were a total of 6 customers. But what I didn't quite understand was 2 customers were standing in the bank and only called when I thought they could do that in front of the door. I've been a customer of the Sparkasse for years, but I'm really thinking about changing banks. Something like that also works in a normal, polite tone.
